Yes! Mission accomplished. 134.6! I recovered nicely from the crazy okonomiyaki party last weekend. This week was okay as far as exercise, I had to skip a day to study for exams. I have about 4 more weeks until the end of this semester, so I'm still going at a good pace. If I don't get to 130 by the time I want, I'm definitely going to reach it during the month before leaving for Japan. It would be nice to be in the 120's though :)
This week, I want to work on listening to my body and stopping when I am satisfied. I also want to work on being productive so I don't become bored around a lot of food. I am a bored-eater. If uncontrolled, I will do nothing but look forward to the next time I can eat, just so I can amuse myself. It's like I become hungry just from doing nothing, which is clearly not the case.
So, I will be happy with a 133 point something. No, actually, I think my TOM is coming up next week, so we'll see in a couple weeks, haha... (sometimes I hate being female.)
