actually the scale is a bit faulty and i weight much less than 84.4 now im very happy and more motivated than ever. fasting is the new name of the game. i broke it on friday after 12 days. ate meal and started again till now (sunday afternoon). i will eat today and start fasting again for the whole week until next Saturday and i want to see my weight starting wit a 7..
182.8 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
