I am extremely sick today, but when I stepped on the scale this morning it said that I lost another two pounds. I feel very week due to this cold, and I hope that I feel better. But I felt like I was going to relapse today when I was in WAWA, thinking about all of the good sweets I could be eating along with the nice food that would please my taste buds. But I had the will power to turn the other way. It's just one step at a time, I can't be perfect over night.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Aww!! Ur sick hope u get better soon!!! I see you joined the challenge so we have to work hard! Keep up the good work it will truly pay off in the end of the journey! Then all we will have to do is maintain!
