just under a week til I am off to Thailand. going to try and walk a bit before I go. This year for Easter I have said I do not want anything, so there is a start.. Had 2 big days at the gym and paying for it now
297.6 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
