I seem to still be struggling. I've cut back on my ETOH to one glass during the week and then I still split a bottle of wine with my spouse during the weekend. I've had to cut back on my pilates to once a week but will try to offset that by adding in more cardio.
I feel I'm probably not taking in enough fruits/veg.
