***MORNING WORKOUT***
Jillian Michaels "Shred it with Weights"
{{{It was a struggle getting through this workout this morning. I really really had to push myself. I was exhausted from the beginning, but I also tried to push myself and use the 15lb kettlebell for a couple more exercises. I don't know if it's enough to get me to where I need to be though.}}}


***TODAY'S FOOD***
1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (Shake mix, cocoa powder, 1 tsp. instant coffee granules, ice, water)
2.)Lunch: Visalus Shake (Shake mix, cocoa powder, 1 tsp. Fat-Free Sugar-Free Pistachio pudding mix, water, ice)
3.)Dinner: Chinese food (but only carbs came from two mini sushi bites and two spring rolls. The rest was fish, seafood, and veggies)
4.)Dessert: Sesame Balls (2) & Fortune Cookies (2)
5.)Snacks: Ding Dong Mixed Nuts
{{{If I had known we were going to eat Chinese food, I wouldn't have eaten a bag of mixed nuts. Argh! Please don't let me be angry about it in the morning! I'll be crushed. I feel like I've been working hard, but not getting anywhere. :( I look in the mirror, and I'm still disappointed in myself.}}}

***EVENING WORKOUT***
Treadmill stats...
Time: 45 min. 4 sec.
Distance: 2.54 miles (10.1 laps)
Incline: 6.5
Speed: 3, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 mph

Calories: 425
Fat Cals: 132
{{{It's a miracle I still did over 25 minutes of exercise this evening. I wasn't expecting to be able to do more than 15. However, I wasn't up in the speeds I usually do, and I know I didn't do the higher speeds for that long. I need to pat myself on the back for pushing myself to workout though. I already know it's going to take everything I have to workout even once tomorrow. I'm hoping I can manage to do a morning AND evening workout....but we'll see. I just hope that with all the bad food I ate today, it won't make me feel sad tomorrow morning. I get sad everytime I feel like I'm doing good.}}}

127.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
