Well, it is much harder to calculate calories in meals I've made for myself than it is for things from menus, or pre-packaged... But I'd much rather cook for myself.

I will focus this week on restricting portion size.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
