Glad to see that the weight stayed off... motivating!

today had a cold but very lovely day with my horse...

her condition is also going up, as well as mine!

today im thankfull for:
- my horse
- wii
- my mother

199.5 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
