I've been keeping to my food plan pretty well. Yesterday had some emotional issues that prevented me from eating before 8 and I did not end up making the 3 minute chocolate cake I had planned on so instead I had a low-carb fudge bar since I did want some sort of chocolate.
I'm feeling really great about keeping to my diet. The water weight is coming off again and I can't wait to go back to exercising.
