Haven't been sticking to "the plan" very well, but very satisfied that I haven't gained anything since the last weigh in! Looking forward to finishing off spring break and getting back to a good solid regiment :)
142.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
