Some weight is better then no weight, lmao! If only we could really laugh so hard our asses would fall off, hehehehehe.

Despite, my half of glass of red wine I had Saturday I have followed the diet to the letter and am proud of myself.

Today's mantra: I am beautiful.

258.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I really like that photo mrsjohnson. I must admit to having had my share of wine on Phase 1 (much more than half a glass), but it's really important to stick to the plan closely at the beginning. Keep up the good work!
