It's hard to stay motivated. I keep swinging between 127 and 129.8. I Still want to get to 120-123. It certainly is better than my previous swing of 130-134, which was also better than my beginning swing of 135-139. It's made more difficult now since I temporarily can't exercise for medical reasons. When I exercise I not only burn calories, but I don't have this extra time to think about food and drink. I'll try and spend that time by logging my food again.
