Hi all, it's Moon.
I've been feeling like crap, lethargic, and just not up to really going anything. I've also slacked off. I drink soda at work (1 or even 2 bottles!), eating from the WHEEL OF DEATH a.k.a the spinning vending machine, and the regular ones. So it is NO SURPRISE why I feel had, I have so few nutrients! It's sapping all my energy. I made some broth the other day and it was wonderful. It even cleared up a headache. I need to start doing that every day!
Just now I ate THREE yogurts for breakfast. 55g carbs. That cleans out almost all the last remaining carb-laden foods in my house. Keto works wonderfully for me and I need to stop sabotaging my success. I'm posting to be accountable and to start new, good habits.
edit: Fatsecret is so nice and polite. You lost 2.8 lb (1.0 %) since you last weighed in on Sunday 06 Aug 17. At that rate it will take you about 24 months to get to your goal weight.
