A little frustating the past couple of days becuase I have been really really good and saw a slight gain. It wouldnt have been as frustrating if it just stayed the same but you all know the how you want to scream when you've been following the plan to a T and you end up gaining. I keep telling myself its just water or muscle since I've been using weights while walking too. One day at a time...
240.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week

That happened to me yesterday, I was actually up 2 lbs but then this morning it was right back down. Chin up!! Especially with all your working out, it is definitely going to take a good dip down really soon.

I understand! I have been following the plan, I am on day 10 and have gained a .5. I saw a loss right away and then... blah. There is hope! This seems to happen to me and then it just starts to fall off (keeping it off is the issue, lol) this could be you, too? Keep at it!
