Mmm doing okay. Tealizing how dramatic weight can shift throughout the day. Even something as small as a trip to the bathroom... anyway. Soldiering on.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
