Having a hard time getting the weight off this month. Calorie limits and nutritional pie chart are being adhered to. I was sick with a virus for a week, then slowed down by leg pain. Now on prednisone and that may affect water retention. Plugging along anyway. Never retreat from the plan. I'm not discouraged.
244.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 109.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
