I have reached the end of my 40day-turned into 4 months of my restricted diet plan. Hooray! The struggles I was having last month, dissipated due to watching a video by Dr. Colbert on inflammable foods. Now as I progress, I hope to avoid such foods and live a healthier and happy lifestlye.
