I have been ill since Sunday night, I slept for 18 hours on Monday, and did a lot of flopping around yesterday, ate like crap over the weekend, YET, I only gained a little less than a pound :) I also know it is my body getting used to itself.... I miss the gym, that is for sure, maybe today I can go back for a little cardio, if not, there is tomorrow :)
206.6 lb Lost so far: 75.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Thank you hun.... I just can't shake this sore throat, so I may be making a trip to the doc's.... we will see how today goes... and you are doing fabulous :)
