I've cheated a couple times so I actually did the right thing and entered all my cheat foods into my daily intake. 😅 even though I'm still down from where I started I have stunted my progress. But I am learning each day at a time and by my mistakes as well. 🙏🏻 Here's to the power I need to stay on track. I will be sharing progress photos from day one to one month on the one month mark. 🙌🏻
201.3 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
