my exercises done for today 1 hour 20 mins,

well i'll have to look what is for tea soon.

Bought some weighing scales today that also measure body mass, water, bmi, fat cant wait for them to arrive
180.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
