Wow,what a set back. I am hoping that some of this is water weight. I know most of it isn't but 5 lbs over the weekend?? I will see if I can quickly lose this over the next few days. Just bummed.
169.1 lb Lost so far: 100.9 lb.    Still to go: 39.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
