Staying Low Sodium and eating lots of chicken and shrimp and only fresh vegetables. Working out at 5am Mon-Fri for 30 mins on Cardio and 30 mins on light lifting. Eating only Soy Protein bars for snack. Going out to eat on Saturdays for low fat red meat steak baby!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Wow! Waking up at 5 every morning! Do you eat before your work out? I've been playing with the idea of getting up earlier to work out in the a.m. instead of my evening workout. I just don't know if I should eat something or not. All the best.

It's the best thing to get up & workout firsst thing in the morning. I have so much more energy when Ido & really miss it if i miss a day. I usually eat a banana just something light to get the metablolism working, (at least that's what my personal trainer tells me to do) I know for me I just can't be bothered to work out at night, just no energy left. I reckon it's time to veg out after cooking dinner & helping with homework & the rest of it. keep up the good work
