WEIGHT 165.2, BMI 25.2%, BODY FAT 21.6%, MUSCLE 37.7%, WATER 60.3%, BONE 3.9%

BACK TO A GOOD EXERCISE ROUTINE WITH WALKING BETWEEN 4 AND 6 MILES PER MY WALKS.

MY PORTION SIZE ON MEALS ARE GOING TO BE SMALLER AS I HAVE FELT BLOATED THE PAST FEW WEEKS AFTER EATING MY MEALS.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
