I'm really not getting the results I want. The FS app suggests a 1900 calories a day and the keto blog suggests 1200. I think every week I will just try to decrease by 100 calories until I reach the 1200 calorie diet. I am also going to try fasting for an entire 24 hours a week. I feel like I gradually need to make these changes so I physically and psychologically don't feel deprived.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
