Pulled a back muscle at the end of my workout on Friday. Today is my first workout after the injury so I'll have to start small again & gradually work my way up. Unsure of whether I'll even be able to do much today as some movements can still be quite painful. Tracked food for every day this week as well as met all my exercise goals!!
