I went back to LAWL and weighed in at 196 even. Sigh. Why don't I care that I snore at night cause of my weight? Why don't I care that I could look just that much better? And why don't I care that I could feel SO much sexier if I just lost 20 lbs!!!!???
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I hate to be forward, but do you think you could be a little depressed? For me it can seem overwhelming with my commitments...clean the house, make dinner, go to work, help with homework, etc. On top of all that I have to lose weight too?! Then I remind my self why I joined LAWL, because I wasn't comfortable with my weight, I wanted to be sexier, I wanted to be able to by clothes that didn't hang on me or were called sweats. Why did you join LAWL. Re-visit your reasons and if they are no longer valid, find new ones. You are important and when you forget that, you are no longer your priority. I hope this little pep talk helps. I don't mean to come on so strong, but weight loss isn't easy and I want to see you succeed.

You could care that your snoring could be an indicator of sleep apnea which could go away with weight loss but could shorten your life span if untreated............ Cannot help you with the other....that is really just a matter how you feel about yourself in your mind, not reflective of your weight. You have to in your mind determine if you really want to lose weight and how much you want it. No one but you can do that for you. Then you just have to do it. Like the rest of us. And no it is not easy....for any of us. Hope you make the decision to be healthy and stick around here. :-) PS One can look great at any weight......with proper hygiene, nice clothing and make up. That makes you feel better as well.
