Nicely done - a lot of people should weigh AND tape themselves. I find it encouraging, especially when the scale "lies" to us.

I can tell I'm losing inches instead of weight. That's why I measure and weigh. I'm also gaining muscle. You're right tho, the scale will lie! Lol
