Breakthrough 🙌omg yes ,I've been eating more fats the last 3 days ,added some hamburger and cauliflower with lots of butter and only ate when I felt hungry I really haven't eaten as much protein because I don't like a lot of red meat that much I've always eaten chicken 95 percent of the time we will see what tommorrow weigh in will bring
153.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
