I promised to weigh myself just once a week on Fridays, I've been working really hard staying under my 1900 calories a day and exercising for at least an hour daily but sometimes more. Well, I cheated and weighed myself yesterday and I've gained weight. I'm hoping this is just muscle. I'm not going to give up....I will make myself healthier than I've ever been! determined!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
