Friday was a true testament to my fortatude! I was at a meeting in Jacksonville and the consultants had lunch delivered to the meeting so that we could keep working. There were potato chips, cookies, brownies and sweet tea. I was totally unprepaired. I ate a turkey sandwich sans bread. Of course, we are not supposed to have cold cuts on this diet, but I couldn't help it. That was the best I could do, and it was all I could do to resist the temptations during the rest of the meeting.
I have found a little cheat....dar chocolate covered Altoids! I love em! Technically I'm not supposed to have them, but I gotta have fresh breath, right?!
