Day 5 no loss, I went to a jewelry party last night and didn't fair too well, had dessert, lasagna...no will power, I'm lucky I didn't thain.

192.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
