Just been checking the weather forecast for tomorrow and it's good news, a spot of rain around midday but fine for the rest. Now that's great if it stays like that but in the past few weeks it's changed over night and had more rain. Now if it stays like it says I will be able to get out early and fly my drone, come back home and get ready and go to the gym. In the afternoon I can go for a ride on my bike. Perfect day if it stays as forecasted. Fingers crossed. That's me about to watch a movie on TV so hope everyone's in good health and doing well bye for now
236.1 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
