It's nice to see the scale go down. During the days when I don't have a gig, I am doing better at keeping the calories down. And even on gig days, I am able to keep the calories really low until I get to the gig. That has got to help. Can't wait to see 138 again. That is just 1.6 pounds away. Come on! I can do this. Right?
