So this morning I weighed at 6:30, too early, even though my blood glucose was at 111. I find that I need to weigh in after 8 am, 2nd urination.. but no eating. which is easy for me because I normally go back to bed and get up around 9 to 9:30. At 6:30 I weighed a pound more than I did yesterday morning. When I went to tsk my shower, all had corrected itself.
247.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
