My knees need renewal and I have cut back on my exercise--they feel much better but of course I'm not getting the calorie burn. I haven't been awful but I've been drinking wine and eating so much fruit--cherries and grapes are delish but too sugar high and +++calories. We leave for the beach in 2 days. I'm disappointed in my lack of progress and commitment.I weighed 128 for a year and have been up as high as 134 lately. Today I was 132 and that is 7 pounds higher than I would like. But we will enjoy each day and I'll make a more concentrated effort when I return.
