My weight has sort of plateaud around 70 kilos. but I'm pleased with that as I focus on building some muscle (my wife says I have no ass now) and reducing my body fat (currently hovering around 24%)
154.5 lb Lost so far: 35.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

cheers. I've sort of switched to maintenance mode now. Just need to make sure I don't fall back to my old habits.
