Not quite sure why it is if I eat more than 1000 cal in a day that I gain weight the next day even though my BMR is greater than 1000 cal and I exercise on top of that. Maybe my metabolism is messed up.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 105.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
