So far so good with my excercise! I get up every morning before school and do a 2 mile/30 min walking tape (Walk Away the Pounds). Yesterday I did the 4 mile version. I used to try and do it every other day but then I made excuses for why I didnt want to get up. So if I make it a dailt routine perhaps I will see better results.
