I started my own mini challenge, I am excited about it. Hopefully it will help keep me on track - no pun intended since it is a tracking challenge. Since I started tracking again, I have really seen a difference in my weight loss. And drinking water makes me fuller so that helps me eat less most of the time. Eating is such a head struggle with me. But knowing I'm not alone really helps! Thanks for supporting me!
