Knew there was no way to go but up after returning to a near normal eating schedule after not eating for a day and a half due to a stomach virus.
312.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1934 kcal Fat: 137.43g | Prot: 134.02g | Carb: 41.60g.   Breakfast: Hamburger Casserole Variation, broccoli, eggs. Lunch: Corned Beef, radish, blue cheese dressing, egg, spinach. Dinner: cauliflower, Chicken Leg Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Chicken thigh. Snacks/Other: Jack Link's Beef Sticks Original, Atkins Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar. more...
