Getting back into gym and the weight is coming back on. I have been eating well and working hard at the gym so presume it is a muscle gain. I am still getting remarks about my weight loss so must be doing something right
300.9 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 91.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
