Achieved my intermediate goal of losing another 10% of my body weight.

I have lost 10% of my body 3 times now, recalculating what constitutes 10% after each loss.

333 lbs --> 300 lbs --> 270 lbs ---> 243 lbs.

Next goal: 219 lbs. by October 1st.

Kind of like a matryoshka doll, except with counting macros.

My new macros for 240 lbs are 88 g fat, 205 g carbs, and 177 g protein daily.

I have walked about 48.2 miles during the month of July, about to add 4 more this morning to bring the value to over 50.

Goals for the next two weeks: 1) Stay within my macro values while following the Greek Orthodox fasting schedule, with has two weeks largely forbidding meat, dairy, and fish (while allowing vegetables and invertebrates from the sea). 2) Walk 20 miles on each of the first two weeks of August, to jump start my August walking goals.
242.6 lb Lost so far: 88.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
