1437 kcal Fat: 23.67g | Prot: 65.86g | Carb: 254.22g.   Breakfast: strawberry, Kellogs Fiber Plus Antioxidants berry yogurt crunch cereal, Almond breeze vanilla. Lunch:  97% Fat Free Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Tortilla with Omega 3's, Athenos Roasted red pepper hummus, baby cut carrots, shredded mozzarella hytop, Rosarita zesty. Dinner: unsalted butter, Jack Daniels barbecue sauce, russet potato, BROCCOLI FLORETS, Tyson Chicken breast tenderloins. Snacks/Other: Royal Dark Chocolate, banana, Low Fat Apple Cinnamon Granola, Honey, cinnamon, zoi greek yogurt, gala apple. more...
