I knew today I was going to be heavier. I've actually got water weight now since I had carbs on Sunday. Yesterday I drank a whole 1000 ml bottle of water and didn't go to the bathroom very often, thus I must be retaining the water. I hope to lose it soon.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
