I normally weigh myself weekly but l have been worried that my food intake has been too high for the lack of exercise with my bike being off the road, l got my pedals yesterday and l will be trying them out on my turbo trainer today while l watch the cycling on the TV , l know l will not be on the turbo for the whole race but l will get valuable training and of course burn a load of calories to boot. I will also be able to adjust my cleats and practice clipping in and out of them before l venture onto the road. Well getting back on track, l weighed myself today and to my amazement I have lost more weight lol (108.8kg down to 108.4kg) not an earth shattering loss but as you all know a loss is a loss and is always welcome lol. I have had my porridge this morning and will have scrambled eggs on toast (whole meal) soon so that will have the energy to do a few hours on my bike. I will post the results of my ride when I finish. I hope I find you all in good health and if not I wish you a speedy recovery. Think positive and keep smiling.
