Looped a couple short lengths of parachute cord around brake levers & frame on wheelchair. Works pretty good, just enough to not shred tires while increasing resistance & evening out the two wheels. (One side pulls more than other due to bad bearing). Much, much better. Nice treat for sore back. : )
