Hmmm. I guess maybe this really is working! I feel some hope:) Not going to give in to the voice that says "tomorrow the scale will be back at 135/it'a fluke/it's water weight...etc". I have been sticking to my calorie count pretty closely, have gone over by 100-200 a few times, getting used to the food changes my first week. I also have been sticking quite close to my IF zone 16/8. Admittedly I've had a tequila nightcap outside of the zone 2 times. I lowered my count from 1450 to 1300, after doing more research. My exercise is sometimes a workout, or a day with lots of fast walking, I count as some exercise. I will now allow myself to embrace some joy & self praise for progress and sticking with it😊🎉💗
132.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
