Off diet way too long. Time to begin again.
177.3 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1843 kcal Fat: 36.14g | Prot: 79.48g | Carb: 298.44g.   Breakfast: Grapes, light virtually fat free natural yoghurt, Milk (Nonfat), superfast oats. Lunch: Tiger Bread Loaf, Leeks, Boiled Potato. Dinner: Ketchup, Extra Light Mayonnaise, Baguette, Prawns, Avocados, Chicken Tikka Biryani. Snacks/Other: Lager (Can), Digestive Biscuits, Pears, Bananas, Apples. more...
