Almost at tomorrow's weight goal. I did over do my carb re-feed last sunday and I think I put on some muscle so I am going to miss target this week.

Tomorrows re-feed is going to be more limited.
203.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
