Yesterday 140.5, today 141, quite happy with overall regimen.....goal of 140 is attainable....but can my body hold it...i have been great between 142-145.....for months been holding steady. Not sure why i have lost a cpl lbs in last week....not eating as many no no's i guess....i have to remember, no more no no eating..:)
